Stuck arrow keys on a 60% keyboard

Hello,
I have a problem with my 60% keyboard, I can no longer use the arrow keys: (↑ ↓ → ←) even when testing with fn + ctrl or fn + alt.... it doesn't work

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 101.0.4951.54

    Hello.
    Try with another keyboard; if it works, it's your 60% keyboard that needs to be replaced.
