Windows 11 jack device not recognized

Hello,

My DELL Inspiron 5593, which has Windows 11, is not detecting devices through the headphone jack.

- First, I checked that my device works fine on another device.

- I then uninstalled and reinstalled the audio drivers (Realtek) several times, without success.

- I also tried troubleshooting the devices. I went to System > Troubleshoot > Audio. With the device plugged in, I choose the device to troubleshoot, headphones or headset. It tells me that the headset or headphones are unplugged.

- Finally, I went to Device Manager, and it is also noted that the devices are disconnected.

Do you have a solution to make my headphone jack work?

Thank you,

Hello,

What is active in the sound control panel is your built-in speakers; you can see that Headphones are not. Have you started by checking the condition of the connector? (Corrosion, dust, wear...)

Best regards.
