Hello, my question is how to enter the PUK since this phone rejects the entered codes on the grounds that only the emergency number is allowed... By typing >**05*(PUK)*(new PIN)*(new PIN)#< I get the message "please wait" indefinitely. What solution is there, or do I need to order a new SIM card?
