Hello

We would like to set up PDF printing on Batigest Connect SAGE.

Here is our specific request:
Print a quote as a PDF, save it to a network folder on WINDOWS 10 Pro.

How do we proceed? Thank you for your help.

    Hello.
    By default, W10 has a PDF printer installed ("Microsoft Print to PDF").
    You just need to select this PDF printer when printing, and the path and file name will be requested. You just have to specify the network directory.

      Unfortunately, it doesn't work.

      We are getting the message: ERROR Initializing settings impossible Printer error

      We have other software on the Windows 10 machine, and the same operation works correctly.
