J'ai acheté en début de mois un Acer Nitro AN517-52 sous Windows 11 pour du gaming. J'ai voulu installer Epic Games, mais mon PC plantait à chaque fois que le lanceur démarrait automatiquement. Donc j'ai supprimé le logiciel, j'ai essayé Steam, là, ça fonctionne, j'ai pu y jouer.
Mais aujourd'hui, c'est au niveau du HDMI que ça plante. Il y a plusieurs jours j'ai pu regarder quelques films en branchant un câble HDMI à ma télé, et tout fonctionnait. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, où lorsque je branche le câble, c'est lors de la résolution de l'image que mon ordinateur plante, avec écran bleu, avec le code d'erreur : WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
Pareil pour un jeu sur Steam. J'étais en train de jouer et la fenêtre de mon jeu a été réduit pour me signaler que ma batterie était faible. Je l'ai branché sur secteur, puis mon PC a encore replanté.
Je précise que j'ai déjà réinitialisé et réinstallé Windows donc ce n'est pas la solution.
Avez-vous une idée de ce que je peux faire ? Est-ce lié à la carte graphique ?

passer sur Windows update pour mettre à jour même les mise à jour facultative
si ça ne fonctionne pas, c'est votre processeur qui a un défaut . pate thermique ou ne fonctionne pas bien

essaye la 1er et 2e méthode de celui la :

vérifie tes températures au repos et en utilisation (tu peux télécharger hwmonitor pour cela)
en gros tes bsod relate d'erreurs intel relative à l'alimentation cpu
tu peux essayer de mettre windows 10 (bien que je ne sais pas si les licence win 11 sont rétrocompatible)
si rien ne fonctionne c'est retour sav
