Hello,
I can't download applications with the Play Store or update any applications on my X96H box.
I've cleared the cache, erased the data, reset to factory settings, and it's still the same. Does anyone have a solution?

It may simply be that your box has not made the connection with the internet. But you haven't provided any details, so it's just guesswork. Moreover, there are as many boxes as there are hairs on a couch, so it's worth checking with the seller as well.
I don't know that one, but I do know that for some, and for a reason I don't understand, it was necessary to switch to a 4G connection via a phone for the initial settings; after that, everything "unlocked".
