How to access Freebox Subscriber Area

Hello everyone,

I can no longer connect to my Freebox subscriber area, I am not getting the page I am looking for, here is where
I end up:



I did enter my username and password.

Can you help me?

    Thank you for your response,

    I just tried with my phone number and the password that I requested from Free again
    and it doesn't work: Incorrect username or password
    What should I do?

      If "Forgot password" doesn't work because the contact email is no longer valid, there's still the phone support at 3244.

      For the Freebox subscriber area, it's an identifier starting with fbx followed by 8 digits (e.g. fbx12345678) at this address https://subscribe.free.fr/login/
