Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0
Hi everyone, I have an iPad 2 in my possession, and I would like to give it to my daughter so she can occasionally watch cartoons. However, the iPad is blocked with iOS 9, making it impossible to download the Disney Plus app or even visit the Disney Plus site. Does anyone have a solution for me?
