Bride CPU

Hello,

I noticed that my processor was not using all its cores and threads through the CPU-Z software, which indicated that my processor had 2 cores and 4 threads when it is supposed to have 6 cores and 12 threads.

How can I fix this, and are there other components that are throttled like this?

The processor in question is the Ryzen 5 5600G installed on a GIGABYTE B550M DS3H motherboard.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, thank you for your help but the problem seems to be resolved:

My processor cores and threads are now at the correct values, I just needed to install the latest AMD driver on the AMD Radeon software.

So thank you both for your help and I wish you a great continuation.

You need to either register on the site and upload the image, or host the image on a free image hosting service and provide the link.

    Hello

Indeed, strange, what does it show in the task manager?
Because if it’s the same, it is very likely that the BIOS version of the motherboard is the cause, the B550 chipsets are not native for the Ryzen 5xxxx
