Hello, I have a Huawei B310s-22 modem for which I forgot the password. I tried the hard reset tutorials on YouTube, but nothing works.
Please, how can I restore it to factory settings?

you should normally have a small hole with a hidden button behind it that allows this.
Next to the power outlet apparently...
