Unable to connect to Nvidia account

Hello everyone,

I am currently using a new desktop PC with an Nvidia 3060 ti graphics card, and I would like (among other things) to connect to Nvidia to download a game via a code that was sent to me by the PC manufacturer.
However, with the Geforce Experience software or directly on the website, the login page is completely bugged and inaccessible.
Geforce Experience tells me: "The page could not be loaded. Please check your internet connection and try again. Retry."
And the web page for logging in loads but does not display...

I am connected with my phone on 4G and my connection is very good. I checked my firewall on the application, everything is fine.
On the Nvidia website, all sections work except this one...
