I can't find any answer to solve this problem, help!

    tried the manipulation (unplugging for 1 minute while holding the power button

      Make sure the printer is powered on. Access the cartridge area, then manually move the carriage.
      If the carriage is stuck on the right side of the printer, move it to the left side of the printer.
      If the carriage is stuck on the left side of the printer, move it to the right side of the printer.
      If the carriage is stuck in the middle of the printer, move it to the right side of the printer.

      And check for any torn pieces of paper throughout the printer.

        Thank you, but there is no paper jam, and the cart is stuck; I can't move it, I'm afraid I'll break it!!
