Kidicom battery issue. Max

Hello, I bought the kidicom.max, I charged it and the battery drains very quickly with barely 2 hours of use. Is this normal and does the device heat up quickly???? Has anyone had the same problem??

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.104

Same!!! They dare to claim 7 hours of battery life!
I will wait until tomorrow and if there's no improvement, I will return it to the store.

Good evening, I think it was the wrong batch of the series anyway, I will also return it to the store. I'm very disappointed given the price of the device.
