Hello, when I send a text message, I receive a message from 952 saying 06......... was unable to receive your message, please try again later. What should I do?

    Hello
    Generally, there’s nothing to be done; either the recipient’s line has an issue, or their device is turned off.
    The SMS will be resent at regular intervals by the operator.
    A message should be sent to you in case of a definitive failure.

    This happens often at Christmas and New Year, network congestion... ;-)
