Hello,
Hello, I bought the software Studio-Scrap 8 which has always worked well, but after upgrading to Windows 11 and although it is compatible, my software no longer opens. I have correctly reinstalled it, updated it, and I am sure of my password.

A message appears: "Access violation at address "xxxxxxxx" in module "xxxxxxxxxx". Reading from address "xxxxxxxx".
Then another message: Abnormal program termination
This is incomprehensible to me and even the software developers cannot find a solution for me, or they are just as incompetent as I am. It is urgent because I need it before Christmas.
Thank you very much to anyone who can help me.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 96.0.4664.110

I can tell you that they are incompetent. They forced me to buy Studio Scrap 8 because they were unable to resolve the reinstallation issues with my Studio Scrap 7, and it's been almost 2 months of this. I have even more problems with Studio Scrap 8, and they are unable to fix them. On top of that, they are playing ostrich, hanging up on me, and dodging my questions about the issue, etc. I'm fed up, and yet I have been a long-time customer; I started with version 3.

Hello,
Can we have the full message of this... "A message appears " Access violation at address "xxxxxxxx" in module "xxxxxxxxxx". Reading address "xxxxxxxx".
The second message: "Abnormal program termination" indicates an abnormal program end.
Was there a power outage or any other issue during the shutdown of the program Studio-Scrap 8?

Hello Panth33ra and thank you very much for your help.
No, there hasn't been any interruption. When I try to close the software, it doesn't go beyond the password request. It won't close anymore because it is not responding.
The full message: Access violation at address 500AD609 in module 'rtl150.bpl'. Reading from address 16E3FE54.
Another message if it can help you: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Studio-Scrap 8\sbAGG_BCB2010.bpl"
An error occurred while replacing an existing file: DeleteFile failed: code 5.
Access denied.
The problem occurred after I installed Windows 11. The software is compatible but I had to reinstall it. I have already done this without any issues using the activation key.
I would like to specify that I purchased this software and I am sure of my password. Normally, to open, the software needs to connect to my account, which I can connect to without any problems. It is the connection between the software and my account in the CDIP shop (the software developer) that is not working. So far, the technical services of CDIP have not found a solution. If you need any further information, I will provide it. I have all the screenshots since the beginning of the problems.
Thank you very much and have a good evening.
