You might find the answer in the user manual accessible here: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/iaep1/v1/fr/01.html
It's probably in menus like accessibility or system or ...
You'll need to have the TV in hand to know the contents of those menus: so it's up to you, and if you find it, come back and tell us how you did it.
