Hello,
Voilà I have a problem with Cloudflare, I didn’t install it and I don’t have an account on the Cloudflare site, but it’s blocking access to certain sites and I can’t get rid of it.
Could someone help me because I'm starting to despair, thank you in advance.

Hello,
Cloudflare is neither an account, nor a subscription, nor software, but a DNS service.
It is unlikely to be found on a PC, because it would have had to be installed there deliberately, but it is default on most mobile phones.
It has 3 levels of security:

Hello,
1) check if it doesn't launch at startup (task manager, startup) and disable it
2) uninstall it using Revo Uninstaller (free) in advanced mode
