My tablet is stuck on Erasing.

Hello,
I have a problem with my Duoduogo tablet. When I turn it on, it displays "Erasing." What should I do? After a while, a small green man lying down with a red triangle and a question mark appears. Thank you for your response.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.92

    Hello
This indicates a failure of Android (the system on your tablet) probably due to the internal memory (flash) where it is stored...
This memory, if faulty, cannot be replaced!!

To test, you can try accessing the system's "recovery" menu by turning off your tablet (long press on the power button, or very long...), then pressing the volume+ button without releasing and pressing the power button, only release both buttons when the menu appears.
Warning, this is just for testing!! Let us know here if the menu appears!!
Choose Wipe Cache Partition "Nothing else, for now" using the Vol+ and Vol- buttons and confirm with the power button...

Let us know here what happens!! We’ll see after that...

    Talk to you later!
