Salut, j'avais acheter une config sur monpcsurmesure, ma configuration :
Boitier : Kolink K1 RGB
Carte-Mère : Msi - B550-A PRO
GPU : Msi - Radeon RX 6600 MESH 2X-8Go
Alimentation : Thermaltake - TR2 S - 700W
RAM : Corsair - Vengeance RGB PRO Séries 2 x 8 Go DDR4 3200 MHz CAS 16
SSD : Western Digital - SN550 NVMe - 500 Go
HDD : Seagate - BarraCuda - 1 To (ST1000DM010)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 4750G with RADEON Graphics
Water-Cooling : MSI - MAG CoreLiquid 240R
quand je ne lance pas de jeux en arrière plan mon pc plante tout seul il affiche écran bleu avec ce smiley si ( :( ) en indiquant qu'il y a eu une erreur et qu'il essaie de régler les problèmes etc ce problème se produit a chaque fois que je n'est pas de jeux de lancer, sachant que je venais d'avoir la config il y a quelques jours depuis le début que je l'ai reçue ça me fait ça a chaque fois c'est assez genant en vérité quelqu'un saurait qu'elle est le problème exact s'il vous plait ?

télécharge whocrashed lance l'analyse et poste les captures des résultats (tu descend dans la fenêtre pour avoir les résultat).
