Hello,
For some time, I had the cable that came with the ps4 controller which I plugged into the PC and the PC recognized it without any problem.
I broke that cable and bought a standard USB cable, and now my PC doesn't want to recognize the controller anymore; aside from the shape, nothing differentiates the two cables.
Thank you

You need to press and hold the PS and Share buttons at the same time until the controller starts blinking.
Then go to the Bluetooth devices on your PC and you'll find it. -
Yes, thank you,
But I already know how to connect a controller via Bluetooth, here I was talking about the USB connection, the problem with PS4 controllers is that 1 USB cable out of 10 works on PC, so it's a bit annoying.
