The problem is that with a wireless headset and the TX Bluetooth adapter connected to the AV, there is no sound. I have tried all the settings on the Changhong TV model GH32G6HD with the fiber box connected via HDMI 1. I don't understand how to fix the connection settings on a wireless headset, please I need help.

    This AV should be an input and not an output.
    And apparently your TV only has a digital coaxial audio output.
    But what is the connectivity of your fiber Box?
    And what is the full reference of your headphones?

    If I understand correctly, this headset has no base and connects either via Bluetooth or with a 3.5mm jack?
    And have you already bought a Bluetooth transmitter?

    Connect a simple RCA cable between the "Digital Coaxial" output of the TV and the DAC, the BluTooth transmitter to the headphone or RCA output of the DAC
    For power, use a free USB port on the TV or buy a 220-> USB adapter:

    A configuration might need to be done in the TV's audio menu if it doesn't work
