Cortana is not active at startup and does not appear, maybe because I declined it at the beginning of the installation.

What is the name of your graphics card?
In the device manager. (Double-click on the name of the graphics card).

Same issue with this damned "Windows entry experience" window that appears and disappears; I'm in a fight in Elden Ring, and this b**** sends me back to the desktop (without actually stopping the game, though, don't push it), so how do I prevent this window from appearing (a keyboard in the middle of the window)

Hello. I will give you valid tips for W10, they will probably be valid for W11 as well.
First, in "settings", "privacy" then "diagnostics and feedback", remember to disable everything.
