Hello,

I have been blocked three times on mundijeux without reason for a week. I was even expelled. What should I do?

    Hello,

    CCM members have no means to bypass or contest the blocks put in place by game publishers.

    An expulsion without reason does not exist, but only Mundijeux could explain it and will not do so on a forum.

    What should I do
    address your complaint to their help page, but it is unlikely that they will respond.
