You don't have to do anything, there's nothing to do... It's the problem with IPTV services that are generally based abroad... I even think they all end up like this..
The reasons are numerous...
-- Scam
-- Detection of IPTV traffic by your ISP... and they cut it off
-- IPTV provider... it's up to you to contact them..
-- Internet pollution.. wifi and other signals
-- Your IP is not authorized in the countries you connect to and so on...
