Hello, my friend is on Messenger because her photo is in online mode, but a gray circle appears on her photo below, in the discussions. I don't understand, and I don't dare to send her a message about it.

    The gray circle means the message has been received but not read.
    Either the person hasn't read it.
    Or they have put you on "ignore," and as a result, they are put on hold.
