Epson EH TW7000 projector Bluetooth connection issue

Question

Hello,  I just bought an Epson EH TW7000 projector and would like to connect it to my Bomaker Tapio III soundbar. The problem is that unfortunately I can't do it ????. The projector recognizes the device but when I try to connect it, I get a "bluetooth connection failed" message. I followed the instructions in the manual, but nothing works, the two devices can't pair. What do you think might be the cause of the problem and what possible solutions are there? Hello and welcome as a new member. While you find the issue, I suggest another solution: connect the audio without going through the video projector. Connect your soundbar to audio sources like the decoder or TV output.  --  "Donkeys change their minds, not idiots."  Remember to mark your message "resolved" if that's the case.

Hello Manu, you should have made a solo post to describe your personal situation  I gave my point of view on never using the poor quality audio from projectors, so set up an audio output from your decoder or your PC or even your DVD player to an amplifier, speakers, or a soundbar   -- "Donkeys change their minds, fools don't"  Remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that's the case

Hello, I remind you that it's easier to send a message in your own name because this one dates back to 2021. I can't guide you in this blue tooth connection, which might be too distant for me.
