Instagram Live Display Issues

Hello,
When I want to watch a live stream, I can't write comments or see them. At first, I thought it was the new update, but apparently, other people have access to the comments.
I hope someone will be willing to help me.

I don't have an answer because I'm having the same problem.
However, I would like to know the solution if there is one.
I updated the app, I even deleted it and reinstalled it. Nothing changes...
