How to reset your TikTok password on an unrecognized device

Hello,
I logged out of tiktok, and when I tried to log back in, it’s not working! I forgot my password, I even clicked on forgot password but none of that works, I tried with my two phone numbers and my email
I can't reset the password, supposedly because I'm on an unrecognized device.
What do I do to try to reset my password on a trusted device? What is all this, help me.
