Unable to start application ce-30005-8 ps4

Hello, hello, I bought FIFA 22 the day before yesterday and since then I have an error message saying it’s impossible to launch the application ce-30005-8. I can't play the game at all, I rebuilt the database, cleaned the CD because it was dirty, but nothing works either. Please help me, I can't play FIFA 22 at all, thank you.

      I have exactly the same issue with FIFA 19, I can't launch it at all. If anyone has the answer to my question, it would help me a lot (Knowing that I have cleaned the disk twice and reset my console).
