Hello,

I installed JBL Quantum Engine on the advice of a member, but even though my headset is connected, it says that no device is connected! I don't understand

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 94.0.4606.81

    My headset is a JBL Quantum 200 and I am on Windows 10.

      same for me jbl quantum 610 my headset works without the app but not with it
