Hello!

As you've seen in the title, I cannot access the UEFI. I keep pressing the shift key to then restart and go to "change UEFI firmware settings." And when I do that, I do not get the UEFI screen but something else. I'm attaching a photo so you can see what I'm seeing.

My question is as follows: do you know how I can access the UEFI? Is there another way to get into the UEFI?

Oh yes, I forgot to mention, but I'm on a laptop. I have the Acer Predator Helios 300.

But some have this

or this one for example

But why don't I have this kind of interface? On top of that, not only do I not have the same interface but I can also act on the RAM or the processor, etc. What to do?

Laptop BIOS are simpler than desktop BIOS.
Your photos show UEFI BIOS from desktop PCs.
On laptops, the BIOS is not as advanced and the settings are not as numerous.
There's nothing you can do about it, that's just how it is.

Hi,

So why don't I have this kind of interface? On top of that, not only do I not have the same interface, but I can also control the RAM or the processor, etc. What to do?

I don't know, but can’t you do it with Predator Sense?

No, I can't do much with Predator Sense; I can only adjust the GPU and the fan, that's all. I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see what I see.
