Hello, I can't change the batteries of the cyberplus case, I pressed a pointed pen into the two holes at the bottom underneath, nothing opens?

Hello,
I don't have it available, but you indeed need to press the clip through the opening at the back bottom of the case, which allows you to remove the "drawer" with the batteries (bottom edge), the documentation is a bit "lacking" on this subject:
