My TI 83 Premium is stuck on a white screen.

Hello, everything is in the title, my TI-83 Premium CE Python edition is stuck on a white screen. I tried resetting it with the reset button but it doesn't work. Could someone help me please?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 93.0.4577.82

      There is hardly any other solution than returning to customer service.
      Here is a similar issue on TI-Nspire.

    Same problem. I tried the trick with Reset, 2nd, delete, it didn't work.
    I re-downloaded the bundle and the update, no change.
    I'm open to any solutions.
