My GPU is not being used enough in games, while my CPU is working too hard.

Hello!

I don't know if I've used the right topic, sorry in advance if not.
Here's my problem, I recently realized that my graphics card isn't using its full potential...
I have an EVGA 3060 12GB VRAM that I bought no more than a month ago.
A Ryzen 5 2600 and 16GB of RAM (2x8).
As for the motherboard, it's the GA15DH-S from Asus (I found no other reference in the BIOS).
And I have a 600W power supply.

In games, I have no overheating issues with the GPU or the CPU; however, in Apex for example, the GPU is not utilized beyond 40/50% at Full HD High settings, same with AC Odyssey or Origins, or even Warzone, which means I'm getting barely 60 FPS...
I'd like to know if there is a way, and I think there is, to prevent the CPU from taking over so quickly because the GPU can run at much more than 50% of its power.

Thank you in advance for your time and responses, feel free to ask me for more details if needed!

When I use FurMark, it doesn't reach 100% but instead stays around 85/90% usage, and I'm getting 150fps in full screen 1080p, which is what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, sometimes while gaming, for some reason I still haven't figured out, the card doesn't exceed 40/50% usage...
