Hello,
for the past 2 days, Fortnite has been failing to launch and it shows the message "A D3D11 compatible GPU feature level 11.0 SHADER Model 5.0 is required to run the engine" even though my graphics card is an RTX 2070 Super with DirectX 12. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 84.0.4147.105

You explained it badly
It's really understandable... If your PC has DirectX 12 components, you can run a game in DirectX 11 and above. Read here... https://www.tomshardware.fr/directx-12-le-point/
Many games still run on DX11 even if your PC is on DX12.
