Frozen image on MYCanal

Hello,
I have always received good support on the forum for all my problems! I have another one today, I am watching MyCanal, there is sound but the image remains frozen, and this occurs on all MyCanal channels but only on the living room television! Everything works well on my PC and my other TV!!
Do you have any ideas? Of course, I unplugged my decoder and my box, but nothing has improved!

    Check how many users you have; otherwise, disconnect from your PC or if you have a Samsung 2021 or connected TV.
