Hello everyone,
voila I made a mistake on my mobile phone
and I've locked it. I entered the PIN several times
but I didn’t know that you only get three attempts, so it got locked
I entered the PUK code but unfortunately, I can't disable the PIN code
I'm forced to enter it every time I restart the phone and it's annoying
please, can anyone tell me how to do it?
I have an Xperia L1 (yes, yes, I've tried everything, thank you for your help, have a good day.

    Hello,

You need to go to the Settings of your smartphone. I can't give you the exact steps, as it depends on your version of Android.

    Find Security.
You might immediately come across Configure SIM lock or you may need to go into a sub-menu Other security settings to find what concerns the locking of the SIM card.

Hello Pierr10, thank you. I have a Sony Xperia L1 Android. There are no settings; I just have "Configuration." I went to (Screen lock and Security
There is a gear icon next to it that says Screen lock and PIN code
Below, it says Smart Lock and I have nothing else. Thank you, see you later.

Under Screen Security, you should find Set up SIM lock
      (Swipe down the menu)

      You have reached the end!

You click on the line to the left of the check mark on a blue background.
A window pops up asking for the SIM card PIN code.
You enter this code and click OK.
It's done: the code is deactivated.

    Here is the translation:

Here I went to the checkbox on the blue background (SIM card lock settings) (it asks me for the PIN to use the phone) (there is a blue dot on the right, I slide it to the left, I enter my code, I restart the phone and the code is still there. Now I'm really lost, I can't do it, please tell me what mistake I'm making!!! Thank you

      I don't quite understand.
You should have the following screens (taken on an old Xperia):
      then:
From this point on, the SIM card PIN code is disabled.
It is no longer requested upon restarting the smartphone.

However, the screen unlock PIN code continues to be requested.

Did you confuse these two PIN codes?

Good evening, my Xperia is only two years old!!!
and I don't have this screen, I have one that looks like it where it says (block the SIM card
below it says (enter the PIN code to use the phone
even lower (change SIM card PIN here
and when I try nothing unlocks and I've entered the PIN code
for the SIM card several times, thank you for your help but right now I don't understand anything (usually I understand what I'm told???
have a good evening, thank you.

I’m starting over from the beginning.

When you click on Set up SIM lock, you normally see this screen:
The blue check indicates that the card is locked and that you need to enter the PIN code.

To change this situation, you click on the line "Lock SIM card" and you get this screen:
You enter the PIN code and click OK.

The SIM card is then unlocked and you get the screen:

The Xperia i1 is not a recent smartphone: it dates back to 2013.

Yes, I have pretty much the same layout except that I have a round dot instead of the small square that is on the right. When I put it on the left, it is not written below that the code is disabled. Thank you, we'll see tomorrow. Have a good evening, I am very grateful for your help and patience. Thank you, take care of yourself. Thank you.
