Remove all my likes on Instagram

Hello,
I've liked a lot of photos and reels on Instagram and it's taking up a lot of space and saturating my storage (19.69 GB used for this app).
I would like to delete them all, but I don't know how to do it except one by one...
Do you have any idea that would allow me to delete all the posts I've liked at once or a solution to make it take up less space?

    It doesn't exist. You have to do it manually.

    But are you sure it has something to do with storage??

      Indeed, after checking everything, it has nothing to do with my storage and I managed to free up some space!
