From the Smart Left Page menu (at the top right when the user is on the SLP), can you press the settings button and then disable notifications? If the issue persists, could you check that your Wiko Launcher and the Smart Left Page are up to date?

I have a page on my phone that says: "This application uses Taboola's content [...]. To make these recommendations, Taboola collects information about your device [...]. To use this application we need you to agree to the services." Below, there are two buttons: "no thanks," which doesn’t change the problem, and "agree," which leads to Taboola's terms of service, but without the option to refuse them.
