Hello, I have an iPhone 5se, everything works well, except when I try to open Doctolib, I get a white screen. Can someone help me access my account so that I can make my appointments with my doctors? Thank you for your help.

It's not the iPhone... but its iOS that is too old... These new versions also serve to eliminate old hardware... for reasons other than the phone's functionality... We're getting there..! -

The iOS versions correspond to a specific iPhone model... but we can't evolve it to the point where an old one becomes like a young one... This is true for many things...
You can try the updates without waiting too long... yours would be compatible with version 12.4 and the end is announced for the fall... so if you act quickly...

I think your iPhone is too old for these apps. That's the problem.
