Hello, I have a lock that prevents me from using my tablet.
I've tried everything, the power button /+, but I don't have access to any of the displays to maneuver.

    Hello,

    The padlock simply indicates that the tablet is locked:
    Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
    It's the easiest way to unlock (no security).

    Otherwise, you need to use the PIN code you set, a fingerprint, or a pattern to draw on the screen.
