Hello,
IPTV subscriptions that allow access to paid channels for a ridiculously low price are illegal in France, no help can be provided, discuss this with those who sold you this subscription; you will have no recourse since it is illegal, and the sites that sell these subscriptions know this and therefore know that you won’t be able to do anything, these sites are all located abroad outside the EU.
