    Hi,
what do you mean by voice frequency?
It's a cordless DECT phone, until proven otherwise DECT phones only exist in voice frequency dialing, pulse dialing is from another era, thankfully long gone.

HELLO thank you for the response, yes okay in addition I just bought it so I suspect that it has the voice frequency.
But here I have to call an administration and when I call, the concerned administration asks me to call on * to get the menu of their services and when I call, I'm told sorry you must call us with a voice frequency phone.....there's my problem.. so is there a code or a manipulation to do beforehand?

        Hello
Are you being asked to "call on *" or "press *"?

To be able to access the drop-down menu with the town hall to access the relevant service.

      I reiterate my question:
You are asked to "call on *" or "press on *"?

    to call on *
and when I pressed star I can't go further in my choice I'm told 'thank you for using a voice frequency phone' (it's a municipal voice server)

you are asked to press * not to call.
But whatever, be careful if you press and hold it, you will lock the keyboard... and then you won't be able to do anything.

Have you tried from another phone?
That's kind of the basic thing to do.
After that, this IVR seems pretty crappy anyway.
