Fault -no base- SIEMENS gigaset C595

My landline phone is displaying "no base" flashing. It shows the time, the day, and there is a white circle with a red dot in the top left corner. The batteries are charging normally, and I can't find the problem. I am a new subscriber to Bouygues fiber.
Please kindly provide me with a solution.

      Nothing to do, "recording failed," I wonder if the paging button is broken? I'm going to take the equipment to the seller. Thank you for your response.

        Did you successfully press the "Paging" button on the base within 60 seconds after manipulating the handset?

        Is the base properly powered?
