SEPA mandate to Free

Hello, I would like to get information about the SEPA mandate at Free. My SEPA mandate expired and the direct debit was not being taken from my bank account, so I sent them a new SEPA mandate by mail several weeks ago, but I haven’t received a response from them.
It is becoming frustrating that they do not reply. Thank you.

    Hello, the best thing to do is to contact Free's customer service at 3244; they alone can tell you more.
