Hello,
If your connection is down, you have no internet, no DHCP... so you need to check if your BOX is synchronized above all else...
We can't tell remotely what's happening or not happening with your BOX...?
You can also try to set a static IP and provide IP numbers and also give DNS1 and DNS2 numbers For example: DNS1=208.67.222.222 DNS2=208.67.220.220
At least for the time being to check....
