Hello, my 5-year-old son received a VTECH PAW Patrol interactive watch, and it is stuck in "test" mode. It's impossible to enter the menu to access the different settings. On the VTECH website, under the support section, I couldn't find an answer. Could someone please help me? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    You need to press the left button, the right button (only the large yellow button, not the one with the clock), and the OK button simultaneously. Hold until you hear three beeps. (About 5 seconds).
