SSD not recognizing changes after a reboot

Hello,
When I make changes to files stored on my hard drive, these modifications disappear after restarting my computer. I have run "chkdsk" several times, but it has not resolved this issue. However, CrystalDisk indicates that my drive is "100% good". My Windows account is set to "Administrator", and the permissions in the "security" properties of my SSD seem to indicate that I have "full control". Are there any other solutions?

Thank you in advance.

Hello
really surprising that an office file or photo disappears

are you sure those files are not saved somewhere else?

Hello @RedBart

I am absolutely sure of this.
For example, if I create a folder with a doc.txt inside this SSD, and I reboot my PC, there is no trace of this folder, nor the doc
Moreover, a .mkv document is in the trash, and when I empty it and restart, this document comes back!

I would say that a reinstallation is on the horizon

this will not solve the problem, but it's a start for checking Windows files
run an sfc/scannow

Here is the result (almost disappointing)

The Windows Resource Protection program found no integrity violations.

the dism tools

do you have an antivirus, firewall, cleaned the PC with malwarebytes?

I executed the DISM command with the result: The operation was successful.
So I then tried to empty my recycle bin and restart my PC, but nothing works, the file is still there.

I have Norton antivirus, which after a complete system scan, finds nothing
concerning.

Is a complete Windows reset the solution?

Deleted files reappear, saved files disappear
Call the Ghostbusters!

Run a scan with Malwarebytes

chkdsk with option /f and /r?

If that doesn’t help, ask for disinfection assistance in the virus/security section

Reinstallation as a last resort
