Change font when inserting bullet (Word, Windows 10, Office 365)

Hello,

Whether it's old documents (created around 2018) or new ones, the font changes to Calibri 11pt when I insert a bullet (no matter which one, and even after setting them to Times 12pt for current, old, or new files). Even with my Styles set, nothing works...

I thought it was my base files (one created on Windows 7), but even my new files follow this pattern...

Despite the same problem occurring with others, the solutions don't work for me.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 89.0

    Hello,
    I had the same issue,
it's a setting to uncheck (really unnecessary setting):

    - file
    - Option
    - advanced option
    - Editing option (first title)
-> check the box “Use normal style for bullet and numbered lists”

    have a good day

Thank you very much. I’ve been struggling for months.

      Thanks, thanks.

I just took a Word training, even the trainer couldn’t answer my question.

    Hello.

Weird, and hard to diagnose without support. Please attach a file.
     1) Go to https://www.cjoint.com/
    2) Click on [Browse] to select your file (max 15 MB)
    3) Scroll down to click the blue button [Create the Cjoint link]
    4) After a few seconds, the second page will display, with the link in bold; right-click on it and select "Copy link"
    5) Go back to your discussion on CCM, and in your message, press "Paste".
