How to underline or bold text in Zimbra and Roundcube?

Hello,

In Free's Webmail, to have text formatting when composing, you need to choose HTML format; then you'll have formatting icons above the text.

I'm on HTML but I don't see the formatting icons? Just the ones I see right now above my reply.
